inline speed skating body weight transfert exercice (pascal briand vlog 216)

what do I need to move inside here but if you move also on the outside at this moment it’s a very strong position for skating [Applause] [Music] [Applause] [Music] [Applause] well next to the size I try to change a bit and we go into something we go into something little more technical so we’ll walk mainly pause the straight line so now you just use it to take little bit speed so we will do some cross during the straight line so you arrive in the straight line you do one cross to the left one cross to the right one cross to the left one cross to the right and with this you have to go forward it has to make you go still forward okay when you will do the cross in a straight line like this I don’t want that you go up and down go in position we walk the position already and you to the cross and you keep your position okay try also not to keep behind you if you skate as long as we can with always on the ground then you go again and you cross the other direction and you once again the other direction and we have to go forward like this okay you need the demonstration okay I do want [Music] [Music] forward upon it right when you go here you fall and you catch up with this one okay so when you land you have to do the same the other way but fall you have to catch up and you’re not used to it because we always go this way so you gotta focus yourself in the beginning it’s okay you just gotta fall and try but go slow you have to control little bit this like when it’s because your uncle you have to control your uncle okay so when you do this every time you edge that means your edges outside edge neutral inside edge you know this outside Patrol inside edge from the left outside natural inside on the right they have to be always in the good position okay if when I cross when I cross to the left this skate have to look to the left okay if he is looking to the right when I cross it’s not gonna walk cannot walk you cannot push when you cross to the left both your skates need to look to the left okay then you go to the right so you have to bring this one to the right and then right okay very important this information you cannot miss it when you cross to the right both skates look to the right when you cross to the left both skates look to the left okay now I want you to try to do it as slow as possible because if you just do it too fast you don’t have time to control the movement okay so you do again but I want you to slow down when your leg is going over this over this you have to go as slow as possible at this woman okay I don’t want that the landing is like you first I don’t want that it goes I wonder the landing you know as possible as slow as possible okay and then I slow as possible don’t come back on this now okay but if you already go up again we will go again some five laps each lap there laughs 20 laps okay yeah that’s enough what’s too far away you will lose the balancing and doesn’t work you’re gonna keep the pressure down in the ground not on the side okay hey let’s try again only in the straight-line let’s go [Music] [Music] we’ll say maybe two more names on the same exercise but we have to fix little more detail just before we fix the details about how we have to take the edge that was much better okay I want you to keep the wave thought about this till the end okay same as semi photons when we keep the position before it’s a semi thought you have to do with the edge now you could also you slow down little bit the movement you had little more control when you do like this that was much better third point we will add now I don’t want that you lift the leg – I I want that the leg stay as low as possible okay as low as possible when you cross okay as low as possible okay so not too much in front not I just just over the other wing just over the other ways okay we try this you have to go slow to do the move try to go just just over the skate same the other way just over okay hey let’s right [Music] [Music] we want to do this because when you move I want that you body weight is moving to the side before you I need to move inside here but if you move also on the outside at this moment it’s a very strong position for skating if a new technique when you see picture video yourself there is one moment you are outside edge the ankle the knee the hip and the shoulders on the left same line on the outside then it’s very good position this is making good speed okay so you want to have to not in your skating ok you want to have this moment in your skating technique it’s very important okay so when we do the cross actually this when we are doing this there is one more mount you in there and same on the other side when you cross the corner there is one moment you have this line then you on the outside so you know to do it we do it and why in line outside okay so we want to learn to have our body way moving side to side when whisky we want to to the left move to the right without body weight okay so it was one step to learn this later so this is one point you have to remember for this morning but most important point you need to remember for this morning is that when you keep the position when you train you have to keep your position all the time okay not I’ll fill up and give up you have to keep your position all training and you show me and Sara this morning that you could do it okay so tonight when you come back you have to be strong in this

alors on fait son kéké avec des roues de couleurs différentes par patin ? et en plus un profil elliptique différent ? Tuning is life hahaha

Pascal Rocks🤘 always such useful skating tips..I get better after each tutorial you release Pascal, thank you so much 😊

Always learning, thank you both. Looking fit for the W/C. In the last car park session Sara skipped in a cross over, if it's possible, could she string 3 or 4 together in a future freeskate to help break it down, seems like a good way to get clear of trouble.
