So we draw from the real movements of surfing to help build strength, stability, cardio endurance, right, body awareness. And as soon as you step on this unstable surfboard, your core is immediately gonna engage and strengthen in one of the most effective ways possible. My core is hurtin’ right now. I’m gonna see, you’re a workout pro so you’re gonna do excellent with this, okay? Okay, alright.
And one of the big things with this is you don’t have to be a surfer or have surf experience to get the most outta this, right? So you’re gonna have a lotta fun with it and we’re gonna get you fired up this morning. Alright, okay. (applause) Alright well let’s get surfin’, whatta we do? First thing we gotta do, we gotta get you on the board, right? So let’s walk you over here. Okay, well I got my ha, ooh. (cheering) I got my handy lifeguard Jovan here, right here. Let’s get that rock goin’, that’s how we turn on the board, right? Rockin’, rockin’, rockin’.

Alright. Let’s take some squats here. Squat, okay.
